It is the building owner’s responsibility to have fire alarm systems inspected and maintained regularly, as stated in NFPA 72 14.2.2.1. Under 14.2.2.5, a qualified individual must conduct the inspection. Seacoast Security’s technicians have the qualifications and experience to conduct these inspections, maintenance and testing required of these rigorous codes.
