BELFAST — A local business was burglarized over the weekend, with an estimated $40,000 worth of tools and product stolen after thieves after broke through a door.

Employees of WinsMor Garage Doors, at 1 Mill Lane (Route 1) in Belfast, discovered the burglary after returning to work following the holiday weekend. Neighbors told Belfast Police they saw nothing suspicious over the weekend, according to Detective Bryan Cunningham.

Belfast Police are actively investigating the incident but ask anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity to contact them, 338-2420.
