As you know, the seriousness of the coronavirus pandemic necessitates constant evaluation and revisions of plans as we navigate through this new way of doing business. Our utmost focus is to keep our central station monitoring your alarms and doing our part to keep our employees, customers and community safe from the spread of the coronavirus.
We are grateful to have you as a customer and appreciate everyone’s understanding as we institute these temporary measures to keep us all safe.
Effective immediately, we will be calling all customers prior to a technician being dispatched to a property. We want to be respectful of your wishes as well as cautious with our technicians as they enter your home or business. All canceled appointments will be rescheduled quickly. If our technician suspects they may be exposed to the coronavirus by entering your property, they are empowered not to enter the premise and call a manager to reschedule the appointment.
All Seacoast Security branches are closed to the public. In the effort to mitigate the possible spread of the coronavirus and protect the health of our employees, customers and our community, only essential personnel are permitted to enter our facilities. If you need an item, we will either ship it, drop it off at your home/office if we’re in your area, or leave it outside our office with your name on it. Please call us at 800-654-8800 to make arrangements that best fit your needs.
All payments should continue to be made by your current process; automatic credit card, third party vendor, mail or phone, etc… If you normally drop off your payment and cannot mail it, please call our office at 207-236-4876 x4804 to arrange for a drop off area.
Follow us on Facebook and LinkedIn for updates. While we anticipate being able to sustain our new way of doing business as described in this letter, things may change. If you have an immediate concern, please feel free to reach out to us at 800-654-8800 or email us at customerservice@seacoastsecurity.com.
Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. We wish you and your family good health and wellness during this unprecedented time.
