CS# – Central Station number assigned to the customer system. Customer could have multiple CS#’s per location.
Site – Physical location of where the system is being monitored.
Site # – The phone number associated with the physical site location.
Date & Time – The date and time alarm/signal was received.
Event – Description of what’s sending an alarm.
IVR – Interactive Voice Response – Automated call notifying of an alarm.
SMS – Text (short message system) was sent to all cell phone numbers on the account
Email – Email was sent to address on account.
DLY – Delay. Will be followed by a number indicating the minutes the delay is set to.
Restoral – The signal received from the panel once the condition of the alarm has been corrected and put back to a normal state.

Sensor Tamper – A sensor tied to the security system was taken apart/loosened/ removed
AC Loss (AC Power Fail) – A power loss to the alarm panel and not the location. If the location or a specific device is being supervised for a loss of power a description will be provided.
IVR Not Queued – Zone all Restored – Indicates a duplicate signal was received after the initial alarm and it has restored. The interactive voice response (IVR) system will not send the signal to be processed. It will just be logged.
Loss of Supervisory RF – A device has lost communication with the main control panel. If your device has a low battery, replacing the battery should correct this. If you have moved the device or inadvertently blocked its communication path, try moving it back or clearing the path; then clear the notification from your panel.
Long Range Radio XMIT Fault – There is an issue with an AlarmNet communicator. Depending on the communication setup on your panel the error can signify one or more of several different things. The keypad trouble is designed to inform the end user that there is an issue with the communicator, such as loss of network connection, cover tamper, or wiring issue between the panel and the communicator.
Low Battery (Low RF Transmitter Battery) – A device on your alarm system has a battery that is running low or is completely dead.
Fail To Open – Message dispatch receive from an account that supervises their location for openings and closing. This is letting them know the system did not send the opening signal.
